FAQs
Our vinyl banners include a range of different finishes.
The most common finish, is a standard hemmed & eyeletted vinyl banner. This provides the most flexibility for hanging, as you can use the eyelets to easily hang or fix to your desired location.
Hemmed Rope finish is where a rope is sewn into each of the 4 corners of your banner, to allow you to tie your banner to a fixed location.
We can also arrange pockets to be included on your vinyl banner. This is helpful for when you are putting a rod through the top, side or bottom of the banner in order to hang it.

Our Vinyl Banners are printed using HP Latex Inks which are water based and are designed to avoid the hazards associated with solvent and UV inks. The ink contains no Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP) as others do, and help avoid reactive monomer chemistry exposure and ozone generation.

The ink cartridges use cardboard Eco-Cartons rather than the traditional plastic cartridges which reduces plastic by 80% and CO₂e by 66% in ink production and transportation. Plus, this makes the cartridges recyclable too, further reducing waste!
We also utilise the HP Recycling Program where all of our HP Latex printhead consumables are recycled with HP and used to make new printer components.
Overall, with environmental consideration, the average vinyl banner should last around 3 months if outdoor and slow degradation and deterioration will be met. Relative to this, if the banner is used indoor, the banner should last around 12 months before major deterioration and discoloration occurs.
Please note: Our warranty does not cover scratches, scrapes, or cuts caused by misuse. Images will be requested and required for us to honour any warranty claims. Warranty coverage is determined at our discretion based on evidence supplied.
When you order vinyl or mesh banners, we ask you if we can fold the banner for transport. We ask this because banners over 1600mm may require a special service for delivery due to the maximum length that a vehicle can accommodate.
If you would prefer your banner to be rolled, our customer service team will be in contact shortly after your order is received to advise the surcharge applicable. All rolled banners over 1600mm require freight price confirmation after order has been placed.
We recommend that once your folded banner is received, you unfold it immediately and roll it to reduce creasing that may occur from folding.
To store, roll the banner loosely. This makes sure the print only touches the back of the banner and will not stick.
Your vinyl banner should be completely dry before being stored - to minimise risk of mildew. Never fold the banner and let the print touch other parts of the print. This could cause the print to stick together and destroy the banner.
To clean the banner use a soft sponge with soapy water. Be careful not to scratch the print. Never use chemical cleaners on the banner as it could damage the print.
