IT SERVICES (IT SUPPORT)

IT SUPPORT SERVICE - ON-SITE* & REMOTE

We provide professional IT support for homes and small businesses, available both on‑site* and remotely. Services include troubleshooting, device setup, network diagnostics, software assistance and general technical maintenance.

On‑Site Support  
Available from Helensburgh to Kiama/Jamberoo NSW.
1 hour minimum booking and additional time billed in 30‑minute increments.
Monday to Friday only. Bookings to be confirmed base on availability.

Remote Support  
Delivered via secure remote‑access, a link will be provided via email at the time of appointment. 
1 hour minimum booking and additional time billed in 30‑minute increments.
Customers must have internet access and remote support is limited to Windows and Mac operating system computers (mobile devices not supported).
Must have a reliable internet connection.

*Please note that on-site support is limited to the Helensburgh - Kiama/Jamberoo NSW area. Bookings may be made in surrounding areas on a per customer and custom quote basis.
